Jodi Lawyer is the author of Mag the Mighty Marshmallow, the fun-loving marshmallow who teaches us it's acceptable to be simultaneously soft and strong. She enjoys creating and weaving rhyming stories, whimsical poetry and writing "Mag Musings"; utilizing her experiences as a pediatric occupational therapist and being mom to Hayden and Emma. Born and raised in Minnesota, Jodi currently resides in Minneapolis, however, lived for a few years in the Blue Grass State, melting in the heat while attending graduate school. Jodi holds a B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Occupational Therapy and continues to explore creative expression and children's writing through additional course work. Jodi loves yoga, traveling adventures, her cat Milo, a crafted latte, the color pink, music of all genres, rhyming (of course), and being true to herself.
